The International Services Department offers full-range assistance to fulfill the needs of all international patients. The center is designed so that international patients can maximize benefits and focus on recovery during their stay at the hospital. Each patient is assigned an international patient specialist, who guides the patient throughout the process as well as handles the paperwork and other details, enabling the patient and family to focus on healing.

The dedicated team of the International Services Department coordinates every aspect of a patient’s visit, including scheduling appointments, booking accommodation and an interpreter, and assisting with hospital admissions and financial transactions.

Once medical travelers have scheduled their arrival, the hospital provides options regarding accommodation, travel and transportation and arranges transportation to and from the airport on request. Land and air ambulances can also be arranged if necessary.

In case English is not the native language of the medical traveler, experienced interpreters will be available and of assistance throughout the patient stay.
