Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital

Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, established in 1959, is a high-level special hospital for the medical treatment of common and complicated women illnesses.  This Hospital is affiliated to the Capital Medical University, with the combination of medical treatment, education, research and health care services.
The hospital is a WHO Collaborating Center for Research and Training in Maternal and Infant Health and Women’s Health & a “baby-friendly” hospital. The east section of the hospital, located on Yaojiayuan Road Chaoyang District includes Obstetrics, Neonatal, Gynecology and Reproductive Medicine departments. The west section, located on Qihelou Street Dongcheng District includes Gynecological Oncology Department, Gynecological Minimal Invasive Center, and Family Planning Department. The hospital has taken the tenet of “Patients First” and the promise of continuing improving services, manage the hospital properly, improve services continually, and build harmonious relationships between the hospital and patients.  Beijing Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital is the largest in the country. It performs management care for women-children health care and the Family Planning technical services and quality control. It became the base for the training and the supply of skilled maternal and child health care professionals.
