We have an English-speaking team of experienced national and expat doctors with onsite audiometric, x-ray, ultrasound and laboratory capability and backed by our pharmacy division stocked with globally procured prescription medications and vaccinations.

As a private health care facility in Ulaanbaatar with over 16 years of experience, we have developed close professional network with all local specialist referral hospitals and have gained direct access to Mongolia’s top physicians and surgeons. In case of medical emergency, each patient is put through triage and undergoes a thorough assessment before the patient is transferred, either through local or international evacuation, to the right specialist in a time efficient manner.

Our global partner, International SOS, operates a network of 27 assistance centers strategically positioned around the world. All assistance centers are operated 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, by a team of logistical coordinators, supported by our local medical team.
