As one of the largest medical facilities with 1,435 beds and 13,000 surgery performances per year, it provides a wide range of advanced medical care. The Department of International Medicare and Welfare was established in April 2014. In an era of internationalization, the number of foreign patients who come to our hospital for treatment is increasing and reaches over 2000 a year. The Department is engaged in improving the hospital environment, arranging medical interpreters and translators and resolving all other problems in the hospital, in order to make foreign patients receive the “safe and high-quality medical care” irrelevant to at home or abroad.
